Edge Creekside Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubai, and what truly made it memorable was the exceptional service. A special thanks to Wasana, whose elegance, warmth, and professionalism stood out every day. She carried herself with such class and made me feel genuinely welcome. Maru was also incredibly kind and attentive—both of them went above and beyond. And the security guards are all very kind. The host and hostess were gracious, the housekeeping team super friendly and helpful, and the chef always responded with class and a warm smile. It’s rare to find such heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed staying in this wonderful hotel in a cozy place where my wife and I spent our wedding anniversary. The room seemed spacious, clean and quiet, with a fresh modern renovation and amenities such as slippers and tea/coffee, a bathrobe, a separate bathtub and shower, disposable combs, toothbrush and paste, and a disposable shaving. It's all in the package. Our room was cleaned every day. For the safety of our belongings, there was also a safe in the room, but it was not even necessary, as the hotel staff was very polite and kind-hearted. You feel safe in the hotel. One of important aspects was the 24-hour reception, which was incredibly convenient for late check-in and early check-out. The administrators were friendly and always ready to help, which greatly simplified the registration process. Danish helped us check-in, and his colleague helped us deliver the suitcases to the room immediately. You feel very welcome at the hotel. I would also like to mention the breakfasts at the hotel. They were varied and delicious every day. Guests can choose from a wide range of dishes and snacks. Guests can also order a free cappuccino, which was very pleasant. In particular, I would like to mention the work of a hotel employee named Iqra. She served our table every day and, as in an expensive restaurant, asked if everything was all right. His behavior was both attentive and unobtrusive, which made us very happy. With a large number of guests, you feel like a regular guest, because your preferences are have considered. The gym is spacious and comfortable, with new equipment, there is everything you need to keep fit. Water in swimming pool is clean, as the pool is maintained and cleaned. I would also like to mention the work of the pool staff, who always monitored safety, but did it very carefully, without interfering with rest. We will definitely return to this hotel, as it exceeds our expectations and deserves the highest recommendations. 5 stars!!

The room was exactly as shown in the photos in booking.com. Everything was great in the hotel and I enjoyed my stay. Special thanks to Christine in the reception who helped me to check in earlier as I arrived in the hotel at 11 AM. Thanks also to the housekeeping staff especially Rayan in the 4th floor. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and had a 25% discount to guests in the hotel. The breakfast was very good with good variety of food types. The area of the hotel is very nice and there are some supermarkets and other shops at a walking distance.

Loved the rooms, the beds are amazing, huge and so comfortable, powerful shower with hot water even in the middle of the night, relatively quite area across from a 24 hr grocery shop, helpful staff at the reception and a bellboy to bring up our cases to our room, nice set up for breakfast aswell lots of different types of breakfast foods, taxi was always available to bring us to the Dubai mall etc pool area was lovely and clean
